For attorneys
- See your client's record, read-only, with their permission. Never their private notes.
- A month-by-month arrears statement, a schedule of children's costs with the proof behind each one, and a court pack with a certificate of record.
- Every figure links to its source: the order clause, the bank line or the receipt.
- The app gives no legal advice. That stays with you.
For social workers, psychologists, counsellors, mediators and NGOs
- Help a parent get their history in order before mediation, the Family Advocate or court.
- The parent invites you, and you see what they share.
- We can also set the record up for a parent: R750 once-off.
How the record holds up
- Every entry is dated. Corrections are added as new entries, never written over, and the record check shows if anything was changed.
- AI reads the documents and suggests entries. Nothing counts until the parent confirms it, and the AI never changes a figure.
- The court pack includes a certificate of record. A signed copy can be requested.
- Three court packs: the full pack, a Maintenance Court pack and a Children's Court pack. Each certificate of record says which pack it is and what it leaves out. A parent's private incident notes go in only if the parent ticks them, one by one.
- The record is stored in the United Kingdom and Western Europe, not in South Africa.
